How to
Use
1. Rinse the rice gently 2 to 3 times in clean water.
2. Soak in water for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking to enhance grain fluffiness.
3. Add 1 cup of soaked rice to 1.75 to 2 cups of water in a pot or pressure cooker.
4. Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame, or simmer covered in a heavy pot until water is absorbed.
5. Allow to sit covered for 5 minutes, then fluff gently with a fork.
6. Perfect for preparing aromatic biryanis, ghee rice, vegetable pulao, or spiced rice dishes.
