How to
Use
1. Poppy seeds, potato, green chilly, mustard oil, turmeric, black cumin salt and water.
2. Soak the poppy seeds in warm water for about 20-30 seconds.
3. Drain and grind the soaked seeds with a little water into a smooth paste.
4. Heat oil and add black cumin and green chilly.
5. Add chopped potatoes and turmeric; mis well.
6. Add water and cook until the potatoes are near tender.
7. Add the smooth poppy-seed paste and mix thoroughly.
8. Cook on low heat until the gravy becomes creamy and aromatic.
9. finally to serve rice and dosa.
