How to
Use
1. Rinse 1 cup of horse gram thoroughly.
2. Soak it in water for overnight.
3. Drain and pressure-cook with fresh water until soft.
4. Saute onion, tomato, garlic, green chilly , spices and masalas.
5. Cook for a few minutes until the flavours combine and add fresh coriander leaves.
6. Serve hot with rice, dosa, idli, or roti.
